Fascinating service! I was served as a VIP guest with amazing breakfast, absolutely cleaning room with supper friendly staff. There was not any point to complain about the service of this hotel. I will definitly come back again.

We spent four nights at the hotel and were very well attended by Ms. Co and her staff. The breakfast was wonderful and all the staff were very polite and helpful! We super recomend! Best Choice in Da Nang! Value of money.

The price is better than service of Dreams hotel. Definitely satisfied!

Disappointing

The price was very cheap. The bed was actually comfortable. So considering what we paid it was great value to have a room for 2 people with breakfast included for $9.The bathroom was very dingy with a hole in the ceiling and in need of a fresh coat of paint. The towels were also rather worn and tattered. Ordering breakfast was a bit of an ordeal as there was no menu and the staff did not speak any English. Communication was difficult.
