Wonderful staff!

We had a great experience at this hotel for various reasons. What makes it truly special is Ms Tran she is amazing, sweet, kind, and helpful. Prior to arriving to the hotel we contacted her as our airline had cancelled our flight and moved us onto another one which was not suitable for us, she spent the morning calling the airline and getting us tickets on a good flight at no extra cost. An absolute star! Our hotel room was very large, with a huge window and a big balcony for sunbathing, enjoying the view of the sea and relaxing. If you stay at dreams hot with friends I highly recommend getting the sea view room with the balcony. The hotel is very affordable, is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and has all the commodities you may need such as towels, water and clean bedding. Thank you Ms Tran for making our stay in Da Nang so comfortable. If we are back in da Nang we would love to return.Nothing!

Cheap and nasty.

Cheap. Shops close by. Resturants close by.Needed an extra bed. Lift was dodgy. Very Noisey. Hallway lights shine straight into room.

staff will help as much as she can.

The location is the best factor, its opppsite yo beach and near many bar, snack store, restaurant.... area near around is safe and quitely. Highly recommend for everyone.
