location of the hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. rooms were value for money.the staff did not speak much english and we experienced a lot of trouble in communicating. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and breakfast was included in the package however on the first day we got the meals as per our choice but on the second day staff said that the rations have finished so we have limited options and stock would be refilled after a month however the next day the menu from first day appeared from nowhere. kitchen staff was unprofessional.

One of the front desk lady were very helpful. She speak well in english n she can guide you to a good n cheap way to travel. . And free breakfast. Overall this hotel is fine, safe and clean for simple traveller. Not for a fussy type.Once ask for laundry to wash our shirt n cloth unfortunately was not that presentable. Paid higher 3x as from outside price. But received back after laundry without iron. And no iron service when ask. On the next day, Room maid forgot to lock our room door after their room service while we were out for travelling. Luckily nothing of our belonging was lost inside our room.

The room is fitted with all the moderns conveniences. We like a breath of air on it. It makes us comfortable after a long day in out side. Ah the breakfast is also good. The supervisor invited me a cup of coffee and wow we amazed totally for the taste of it!!! We sure recommend for all my friend this hotel! Thanks to bring to us many wonderful memories.

I have intended canceling the trip to Da Nang due to the unforseen pandemic issues worldwide. How fortunate! Dreams hotel played quite a part in our trip success. This is a wonderful hotel. Beside a good location, spacious of room,..we specially like all the staffs. They have intructed to us some safe methods when traveling and it really make us a appreciation. They're really friendly. Ah, the hotel is near the beach so it is easy if want to go there. Surely recommend for all people stay here! Thanks for all of Dream's staff. Hopely to meet you again in the near future.
