It was a great one week in Da Nang. Good location, thoughtful service, lovely staff and wonderful breakfast. Nothing bad to say. Very great value of money.

Hotel people very nice . Very good place . Will comeback!When renting bike check tires condition and bike for quality to avoid surprises . Most of them were ok ..i just had tired one. No problems with bike ! or with hotel .! Just saying check stuff B4 you go.

A nice hotel, but management has difficulties in operating technology and delivering on expectations

The room was big and bright and the lighting was nice. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. The balcony was big. The wifi worked well.Advertised differently than the website - I selected this place for the high floor, balcony, desk and sofa. I only got a balcony and was on the second floor. Right next to a main road so traffic was noisy. The curtains weren't good so there was streetlights at night and you were woken up in the morning, even with curtains closed. Receptionist had a difficult time checking me in, even though I gave her the information she wanted multiple times (booking number, pin code, etc). Location is a bit fair from main areas, including restaurants and beach. I have a motorbike so it didn't matter as much.
