Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
- For credit card reservations, the same card(s) must be presented upon check in at the respective hotels;

Children Policy
- Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 5-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10\/person\/room\/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15\/person\/room\/night.
Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Very Good
The beach felt a little wild and isolated which was nice. The room I stayed in (a villa) was well-appointed, spacious, clean and private. Most of the food I had was really good, and the portion sizes generous. Breakfasts in particular was better than expected. Staff were accommodating. The upgrade was really appreciated especially as it’s a large property and walking to the restaurant can take a long time (I think it’s because only one was open due to low occupancy rates though).It feels like a lot of money was spent on this quite a long time ago, but maintenance hasn’t fully been kept up. This may just be because of the COVID recovery period but it felt like the grounds and the beach bar restaurant had fallen into a bit of disrepair and things look a little shabby in places. Overall I enjoyed my stay though!

Beautiful secluded resort on a lovely, quiet, clean section of beach.
This is a beautiful resort in an amazing location! The beach was completely quiet, which we loved. There are multiple pools at the resort...all are very lovely. Breakfast is served on the beach (in the shade). We borrowed bicycles and explored the local village and surrounding area. It is an excellent area to bike on small roads. One day we rented a motor bike from the resort. It was in great working condition. We had support from the resort to book a day tour to Bach Ma National Park, which I highly recommend. The resort also supported us in getting transportation to Phong Nha. Overall, excellent experience here!Nothing!
