Guarantee Policy
- A valid credit card will be required upon booking;

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy
- If cancellation\/amendment is made 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Stylish and comfortable away from the crowds
A peaceful little oasis away from the general craziness of Vietnam. We had an hue-style family house avd it was lovely - outdoor shower, good ac, comfy beds and a resident gecko ti keep the muzzles at bay. We were there in December, so the sea was rough, but the weather was good, the pools were perfect and the beach was all our own. Good breakfast, WiFi all over the property, lovely staff and the beach bar next door has a slighter extended menu and a nice backpacker buzz.Nothing.

Hidden gem!
Amazing location! As if you were on an remote island, perfect to relax from all the hectic! Great atmosphere in the characteristic villa... Our room was very spacious (with seaview)! Very friendly staff, all communications went very fluently. Shuttle to Hue (+- 30 min) is a plus. We would definitively book again!The only slightly minor might be that it can be a bit too windy in the late afternoon, but that doesn't spoil all the pleasures!

A perfect place to relax on the beach as well as to explore the Hue region
Friendly and helpful staff; quiet place; spacious rooms; free shuttle service to Hue; excellent breakfast with ocean view; wonderful outside pool and a nice beach bar to relax with very good food and moderate prices.Especially the outside doors of the room look a bit old and worn
