We love having the3 pools. The beach was great. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staffs were very nice and accommodating! The property was clean and quaint. Love the lush greenery.The room layout was strange for one of the three rooms we rented. There was no curtain or doors in the restroom making it very open and visible when showering or bathing. The outlets were not located in convenient places. Ok for couple but not for family. We wish they offer a work out room and spa. The office staff/reception area should wear uniform to make it easy to identify them. We lost electricity and WiFi for a couple of ours.

Wonderful arcitecture - both the Villas and the main house. One of the few beach hotels in Hue and could have been a wonderful oasis. But...The place were very run down, everything from textile/cushions and pool area to menue cards. The food selection was limited and the spa was long time closed. Enterance is located in the carpark and the staf worked in their private clothes. Breakfast was served at the outdated beach bar ... All in all NOT a 4* hotel!

Amazing ambience and landscape, the beach bar and spa was exquisite.I did not like the quality of the service and the food choice, the menu was too simple for this standard, not much of fusion cuisine or hue specialities, served very carelessly and cheap. It is totally not the standard of this ressort! Bathtubes need to be checked, some shower heads need maintanence.

The pool, beach and beach bar. The breakfast was great in a lovely setting. The owner was also very helpful.The air conditioning in our room was not working properly and it was too hot. To their credit the staff resolved this problem quickly by moving us into in a different room with much better air conditioning.
