Guarantee Policy

Cancellation\/Amendment Policy

- If cancellation\/amendment is made within 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night\u2019s room rate and tax will be charged
- In case of no-show, 100% room rate and tax will be charged.
- Early Bird\/Long Stay\/Last Min\/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
Late check-out policy
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 12:00 to 17:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Traumvilla in Asien
Was können wir schreiben? Fabelhaft, unglaublich schön...unfassbar! Einen solchen Ort in Asien zu finden, das hätten wir nicht für möglich gehalten. Man muss allerdings sagen, dass wir wahnsinniges Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, 5 Tage Sonnenschein. Das Essen war klasse, soll angeblich teuer sein, na ihr werdet es schon bezahlen können... Danke an alle von Villa Louise für diese traumhafte Zeit.Alles war perfekt, keine Beanstandungen

Nous reviendrons
Vous avons passé un formidable séjour de 4 jours. Le lieu est très reposant et vraiment beau. Le moindre minuscule soucis est réglé dans la seconde par un personnel aux petits soins. Tout le monde est très arrangeant. L'hôtel est très bien géré et la cuisine bonne. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Уединенный отель в стиле традиционной вьетнамской архитектуры. Состоит из отдельных вилл и небольшого центрального здания с рестораном и спа. Ухоженная территория. Хороший бассейн. В город и к достопримечательностям можно заказать машину.Летом, полагаю, отличное место для отдыха, но в зимой море штормит, посетителей единицы, поэтому персонал стараются отпускаться пораньше. Выйти за территорию прогуляться некуда).

Séjour fabuleux à la villa Louise
Nous avons séjourné dans une villa magnifique, très bien équipée et très propre. Jacuzzi dans la chambre, accès et vue sur la plage. Le complexe est à l’écart de l’agitation, au milieu d’une végétation verdoyante où on se sent zen. 3 piscines magnifiques, restaurant proposant une carte variée, cuisine délicieuse. Le personnel très chaleureux a rendu notre séjour fabuleux (location scooter, organisation dés transferts). Merci à Michel et à son équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter!Tout était parfait !
