Quite, lonely Beach and very comfortable rooms.

We loved our stay Villa Louise. We had three days at the end of a trip around Sounthern Vietnam and it was literally our idea of heaven. The whole place is incredibly beautiful, in a sleepy, unpretentious way. It's almost a bit faded which we really loved, but maybe not for people that are looking for a super fancy resort. It was very quiet and we felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves (in a good way!). We had a massive Villa with jacuzzi bath which was perfect for the kids after a day in the blazing sun in and out of the pools (yes all three of them) and the sea. The staff were friendly and really helpful but not fussy in any way. I keep dreaming about going back already....This place is a little slice of heaven!

Great location! Amazing beach villas and very nice staff. The whole hotel is decorated with impeccable taste and makes it a perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway.The SPA! Both massages we’ve tried were a really bad experience. Disappointing considering the beauty of the place and the quality of the rest of the hotel. Not only the therapists were untrained and busy on their phone while “massaging” but as well the male therapist wasn’t respecting basic privacy rules. The property is accessible to external anyone by paying a fee and this brought groups of very loud people by the pool and beach which disturb the peace and quite. Shame.

Everything was perfect, staff is super helpful and nice, facilities amazing, hope to be back soon!

The quiet area, near the beach, wonderfully decorated bungalows for guests and main villa. The pool surrounded by beautiful buildings, inside and outside. Jacuzzi. The view from the bungalow is blocked by bushes, so no sea view but still wonderful. In the middle of a forest near the beach. The free bicycles. The size of the bungalow, the tub, open air shower. Not far from Hue city. Arrangement of car to the airport. I would love to go back when all normal cause I think it would be amazing to use the other pool with sea view and to have breakfast in the villa. Staff was great in supporting.Unfortunately, because of Corona virus not all the pools were available nor all the restaurants. Not allowed to go swim in the sea either. Must be hard for hospitality. Limited choice of menu and several dishes not available. Typical VN dishes not on the menu. The staff sometimes forgot things in the restaurant. The wooden flonder near the pool could use some restoration, as sometimes lose planks. Many buttons for light in the room so that a manual would be useful.
