The staff were really helpful and friendly. There is lots to see in Hue and we did two tours and took a driver to see the tombs. The staff arranged this for us using Stop and Go Tours (same owner) and we found all trips to be high quality with comfortable transport and tour guides who were well informed and caring with very good English - the food on the dragonboat trip was also exceptional and had generous portions. The homestay is run very professionally, kept very clean and has good value (small) rooms with good facilities including fridge and TV.

The Homestay ended being probably one of our favourite places to stay during our trip in Vietnam - mainly because of the hospitality and help from the hosts. They organised for us the transfer from the airport, laundry, bicycles for a day to go around the tombs outside of the city, and the motorbike Easy Rider trip to Hoi An. The coffee for breakfast was exceptional - I still daydream about it sometimes.Can't think of anything as of now Depending on your luck with the rooms, you might get one without or almost no window and direct sunlight.

I had to check in really early in the morning (around 5am) and got fully support from host with very reasonable extra charge. That made my stay so much easier.

It's clean and nice, the white theme makes room even more beautiful. The host is so friendly. Wish you all the best.It's just my personal opinion, the bed topping is kinda hot. I would rather remove it 🤣

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable. Helped me with organizing a bike to drive to Da Nang. Thien and Mai (the owners) invited me to have dinner with them which was delicious. Wish I stayed longer.
