Modern and well appointed rooms with a decent size bathroom. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Good air conditioning and double glazed windows. The family are very friendly and welcoming. They also speak good English and the host is French. They assisted with taxi to station at a good rate too. Breakfast is delicious. You order the night before and they make it fresh when you surface for breakfast. There is a laundry service almost opposite and a very good sushi estaurant a few metres away if you arrive hungry. The Imperial City is about 25 mins walk. There are also several travel agents in the street if you want to compare options for sightseeing. There is construction nearby so you might be impacted, depending on which side of the hotel you are on (if you sleep late). We always travel with good earplugs.Nothing.

The welcome drink and fruits, the staff had a great service and we can shower after check out before we use the nighttrain. We could change our traveling dates without problem, the staff was always helpful and friendly.The room size was smaller as expected

We were in Hue for 2 nights and we booked this nice homestay. We highly recommend it, it looks just like in the pictures! They do everything to make you feel welcomed and it gives you a homie feeling. It was really clean, comfortable and close to everything we needed. We also arranged a pickup from the airport with them, in order to avoid the hustle and a private transfer to Hoi An, our next stop, that included some sightseeing. We also liked the breakfast they served, nice to have if you’re on the run. Thank you for everything!

Great staff, good location right next to the tourist area but not in it, so quiet. The room was big and clean.
