Very nice, more of a hotel than a homestay, very helpful friendly staff. Good choice of breakfasts which are delicious (I tried five of the eight options), convenient location for food options, groceries, and bars. Rooms can feel a bit small for 2 people (we were in the smallest room though), satellite TV, complimentary (2 bottles), air conditioning, all good and the bathroom had a great shower. All in all great accommodation, excellent value for money.Only downside, and this affects the whole of Hue is there's building work going on all over the place, so there's jackhammers, drills, you name it, 7am-6pm so it's not the quietest place.

Very good location only cca 100 m from the centre, pleasant staff, many options of food and drinks near of the hotel.

Nice hosts, it felt comfortable to stay there. Good location, with lots of restaurants and everything you need nearby. Good Breakfast. They organised a great driver to bring us to Hoi An.-

Great location (walking distance to Citadel, near restaurants and pubs). Room was well equiped and very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff is kind. Highly recommended!
