The rooms are very new and clean. Comfortable bed, amazing staff, very helpful and kind with every guest. They explain to you everything that you can do in Hue and offer you a driver so much cheaper than doing a tour to those places. Also they customize your breakfast if you ask, I don’t eat fried food or too much oil and they made a non oil omelette every morning for me. It’s very close to the center of Hue and usd1 grab bike ride from the imperial city. Great place.The family lives there and they have to beautiful kids that scream at the morning and when they come back from school as I have never heard in my life. It’s an amazing place but someone should say something to those kids. Is impressive how much noise they make. I couldn’t sleep more than 7 am NEVER even with earbuds.

Stayed first 4 days and came back when I traveled through Hue again. Although I had not made a reservation the second time they arranged a room to my budget. Helpful staff - good location and the room(s) were perfect. Would book again without any hesitation.Niets

• The staff is truly amazing and super friendly! • Breakfast was good • Close to the city center/walking street.• The check-in took around 15 minutes until I got the keys, while I was waiting for the keys one French person that seems to work there was shouting at one of the staff members in a very aggressive way and getting too close with his hands to her, in my opinion. (They were speaking french and I didn’t understand what was happening). The lady at the reception apologised for it, but it made me feel really uncomfortable watching this display for around 10 minutes and I think this is very unprofessional. • If you are going to do a laundry at the hotel, they charge you 25.000/kg and then bring it to the laundry place that is literally just 10 meters away where they charge 17.000/kg. If they would have told me that they bring it next door, I would have walked the 10 seconds myself instead of paying 8.000d “service fee”. I think it would be nice to let people know before charging them 25.000d. • The mattress was just WAY too hard for me and the pillow was not comfortable in my opinion.

Very nice people, new rooms, great shower, great staff. Totally recommend to stay here. They take really good care of you and plan your tours.The family lives there and they have 2 beautiful kids they scream like crazy and run screaming and jumping with no adult asking them to Lower their voice for the guests or to calm down. Even if you want to use the lounge it’s imposible because the kids are all over you. I could never sleep during the day or past 7 am because of the screaming of the kids. It’s such a pity that a wonderful place gets ruined because pf this. Please fix it. It’s not normal that 5 year old decide when all the building can or cannot sleep. It’s crazy.
