Too good for the value! Highly recommend! No wonder they have >9 points. I know I booked a triple room of this home stay because it has high score, but with the room price, I was still in doubt, since it was the much cheapest room that I booked for our trip from the North to the South. My partner was in shock when I told him how cheap the room was. The room looked very new, small but very comfortable. Could be us since we've been in to a lot of fancier places, so everything in here was too cheap but too good for us. The home stay arranged 3 cars to pick us up from the airport, take us to Khai Dinh, Minh Mang tombs, and Hue Citadel city, and a lift to Hoi An, all the drivers could speak good English that really surprised us, they can introduce briefly the history of each places we visited. I also booked the tickets for Hue singing mini show in a boat on Perfume River through the home stay, and we got a free lift by a scooter to the boat. They also recommended a popular local restaurant which was very nice and very affordable.Breakfast was only cooked when we went to the dinning table, so it took a while, although we filled out a form of what we wanted for breakfast a day before. We didn't know it would take that long, we ended up letting the driver that took us to Hoi An wait for us. So probably if you have a plan, better order the kitchen earlier.

Great staff. Nice breakfast. Central location. All in all great place to stay and would definitely recommend. We booked city tour, airport transfer and Easyrider through the homestay and all worked out well.Noise in the morning. Roadworks or people checking out.

Excellent facilities that you don't get in many hotels at the same price, and a great location in the main tourist area. Imperial Palace was in easy walking distance. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Laundry across the lane that did your washing in 24hrs. Great value. Would recommend.More like a hotel than a homestay in that there was little interaction with the hosts. No safe in your room.

Comfy bed, nice clean modern rooms and lovely staff. Breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent!Some rooms are very small with a tiny window and the rooms at the front can be a bit noisy in the morning - minor issues only!

Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. It's located close to city center.Hard do point anything: rooms aren't that big.
