The staff (family run) were fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged moped hire for us, and a private car with driver to Hoi An at a great rate. The Mother gave us bananas and water for our journey to Hoi An. The room and bathroom were lovely. Very clean with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. We felt very comfortable and relaxed there. Great location.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were also very friendly, even helping me with my bag. TV had English channels too and there is 1 free water provided. It was also approx 20+ minutes walk to the citadel/imperial city.Not much really a bit hard to find initially

The room is very clean, airy with window view, a little small for 2 people but the bed is large. Room's equipments are all news, convenient, clean. The guest house is right at the walking street but is not affected by the noise. The host family is really friendly. The aunt warmly welcomed me and gave me useful advises. If I come back to Hue, I definitely choose this guest house.

Hosts were very kind and lovely, upgraded us at no extra cost. Location was great - really central but not noisy. The beds were super comfy and my partner particularly loved the pillows. The shower was also great - refreshing to have a lasting warm shower. No complaints at all! Totally recommend.

It's right by a street that turns into walking only. Rented a good motorcycle for only 100k. Clean. Nice hosts. Laundry for 25k/kg.Loud karaoke bars nearby. Earplugs were sufficient to block it out but still not ideal. The room is really really small which, to be fair, we expected. They moved our stuff around when cleaning. I'd prefer if they just left the room alone but some might like the attention. There's lots of restaurants, etc nearby. Unfortunately, they aren't very good so we tended to walk a ways out to find better food. Downtown hue isn't interesting and you have to motorcycle to most attractions so, if I stayed again, I'd stay farther out and rent a motorcycle for getting around.
