Excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful location; walking distance to Imperial Citadel, eateries, shops, riverboats and bars.Rooster next door woke up before 5 every morning. No elevator, although room only on 4th floor, so not too bad. No hot water the first day as we didn't know how to turn it on, but figured it out.

Everything was sooooooo nice! The host family is super friendly and sweet, the room is spotless clean and really comfortable, the location is great. Everything perfect 👌 😊.-

Absolutely amazing time here! CLEANEST place we have stayed in Vietnam, even the filter in the air con unit was spotless (trust me when I say that ALLLL other places have filthy filters that you should check, take out, and clean!!) the people that run this place are super helpful and so friendly!! The beds are big and comfortable! The location is GREAT! Right around the corner from walking streets, we could hear noise at night but it’s wasnt unbearable for sleeping. Great price for room size!No elevator, not a big deal, but keep in mind if u have lots of bags :)
