Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and homely. Don't be fooled by the "guest house" name - the rooms here are maintained at high hotel standards. This is the best guest house (nha nghi) that I've stayed in Vietnam, and I'm certain you'd be hard-pressed to find a better-run guest house elsewhere at this price range. The family who runs this place is accommodating and friendly too. And the rooms are quiet even though the guest house is located near to pubs.The guest house is located a short distance away from Chu Van An street, which is one of Hue's drinking streets. The provided toiletries (i.e. toothpaste, shampoo and body wash) are insufficient, so do bring your own.
