The staff is very nice, good location and very clean.A bit hard to comunicate with the staff, lack of english konwledge

It was clean tides and a quiet location off no 7 chu Van am street with easy access to night life and restaurants.

The room is spacious and in pristine condition - the whole property is less than a year old. The beds are incredibly comfortable and bedding is changed on request. Towels are fresh and fluffy. Shower is well laid out (shower head is not over the toilet which is a rarity in South East Asia), has great pressure and boiling hot water. A small balcony provides a little outdoor space. Proper seating would make a huge difference. The owners are super sweet and helpful. Location is just great. I can’t stress this enough - stay here, you won’t regret it!The pictures are an accurate reflection of what you can expect and the atmosphere created by the host is phenomenal. One minor thing - there's a segment of a threshold separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom missing which allows water to leak under the glass screen. I'm sure this could be easily fixed ;) Suggestion: Filtered water refills would be much appreciated. We try to spread this gospel everywhere we stay. Single use plastics should be a thing of the past.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds.A water refill would be nice, to help reduce plastic waste. It was not possible to order breakfast.
