The resort, beach, hotel and rooms are all excellent. The pool is very large and has a great view of the beach. There were always deck chairs available. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. The resort is about 15 minutes outside of Da Nang which was perfect for us and it wasn't difficult to arrange a taxi into town in the evening. Private beach was well-kept and quiet.The pool bar was quite expensive.
- Guest room (LEVEL Premium) The room was nice, large space and balcony. Also there were bath tab and separated shower room in the bath room.- Facility (LEVEL Premium) I was so disappointed because the LEVEL Premium Reception and Restaurant were closed. I couldn't receive the service for check in, breakfast and afternoon tea at the premium facility (only main building facility was available). I was informed "No LEVEL BENEFITS for Level room" just one day before my arrival, which was unhelpful. I think this information should be noted clearly before booking. - Reception (main building) When I checked in, staff didn't provide any guidance for the facilities (restaurant, swimming pools, beach etc) so I had to find by myself. Also staff was not enough to serve all the waiting guests so I had to wait 15 mins after checking in (nobody supported me to move to LEVEL room). - Breakfast (main building) Due to the shortage of staff at restaurant, most of food was empty and served food (noodle and omlet) took long time. - Overall I was not satisfied with Meliá Danang Beach Resort. Unfortunately I could not feel and enjoy the LEVEL Premium service and facility.
staff is friendly but do not speaks english well location is very good room size is good.room poor maintenance when I arrived there is no hot water poor breakfast restaurant not good - due to lack of some ingredients, I was informed that the Chef has changed my order without inform me. gym was not available inspite of the email received says that it would be `on demand` many facilities were not available and I only received this information when free of charge cancelation was no longer possible. I understand that overall hotels are recovering from pandemic period but it is not fair with customers to pay for and not receive for the expected service.
