Great place

The rooms we upgraded to were amazing and right next to the ocean with the sounds of the sea. The room and amenities were awesome.At first my sister's room which was supposed to be the same as mine wasn't. There was no explanation as to why we had different rooms, and so we asked to be upgraded (paying extra). The works at the new restaurant near the beach meant if I didn't close the bathroom curtains then everyone working there could see everything and believe me they wouldn't have like it either. Also the scent in the arrival area, not sure but it was a bit overpowering for me.

Pleasant

Variety of choices when it comes to breakfast. The view is good. The staffs are friendly, and are very helpful.I booked the Level Room but the bed sheets had bed bugs, was bitten all over and it itches all over the body. The other thing that I dislike about the property is that the shower pressure is very small, and the shampoo and bath soaps were quite little. The room we booked did not have a balcony as well for the prices we were charged.

Lovely place, Very nice peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay.

Fast check in, Spacious and clean room, nice staff, table and chairs on the balcony for morning coffee, sea view, wi fi super fast inside hotel room and around pool, Smart TV (Youtube, Netflix apps), huge swimming pool, croissants are fantastic.No shampoo holder inside bathroom, some hotel facilities are still under construction, breakfast not much choice for a 5 star hotel but was nice

Excellent stay from start to finish

The beds, the pool, the service — all fantastic!Lighting in the rooms (especially the bathroom) isn’t great. Breakfast is fine but could be better.
