Everything and everyone was great. We got a free upgrade and it was like a dream come true. My next trip to this area I will for sure be booking into this hotel! I was sad to leave but I know that I will be back!!It has nothing to fault!

Only bkfast was as expected - quite good and varied, European and Asian food with large variety.Very disappointing hotel; at best would deserve 4 stars only. Most pictures and services advertised relate to a special room category (Level) that they try to sell hard during check in, for more than double the initial price paid. Most pools are reserved to this room. Except breakfast other food places are average (beach restaurant is very pricy and disappointed with poorly cooked European food mostly). Personnel does not speak English and attention to customers (at lobby) is poor. Finally, hotel looks like a big condo with no character - room are modern but no decoration or touch expected for 5 stars (not even mentioning the lobby or other common spaces of hotel) and rare services free are more for decoration (I was told to put my medication in the restaurant fridge given the ones in the room do not cool...)

We stayed at the Level and upgraded to Premium upon check in and it was the best decision! We were close to the ocean, restaurants and pools. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, huge beds, great pillows! They also have a pillow menu so you can choose the type you like. Staff are very helpful, they even dropped off a birthday cake for me on my birthday, it was a lovely surprise. The pools and common areas are spotless, there are various pools and private beach to choose from so it never feels crowded. The food is delicious, breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and canapés were included. Food at the restaurants were also delicious, there are two to choose from. The spa is so relaxing, great facilities, we had access to sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath daily. The massages were amazing! We had such a wonderfully relaxing stay, the best way to end our Vietnam holiday!
