Beautiful beach, many swimming pools, great buggy service, good breakfast spread, very clean rooms, super friendly staff, just next to Marble mountains and within 20 mins to any good restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely would stay there again.

.There was no bar in the pool. More beach chairs closer to the ocean Pool service for food/drinks could of been better- maybe a menu on the table and a flag if you wanted to order. It was too difficult to know who to go to and ask Map of Danang city Suggestions on where to shop/ see and do in Danang itself

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of activities at the resort, volleyball + rock climbing are very good.there were water leakage in both washrooms, below the basin.

The residence rooms are very large and Block C has great views of the ocean. The pool was a good temperature and two pools enabled us to get away from the crowd at the main pool. Breakfast was a good standard. Staff helpful and friendly at all times.The residence rooms are very large, but a little sparse and dated. Lacking some special designer touches. Too many rooms in the hotel, so lots of people and very busy, which is fine for some, but a little too crowded for us.

Room is extremely clean. The Regency service is excellent. The beach is what I love most, private beach, splendid beach view from the regency room.I have to wait too long for checking in. With a 5 stars hotel service, there should be more boots at the entrance for checking-in so the customers do not have to wait.
