Absolutely terrible, this is worth maximum 800.000 vnd a night
.the property is so outdated, badly maintained, and dirty, that I left after my first night. I rented a one bedroom apartment, which had fungus, dust, loud climate control, dirty carpets and floor, leaking shower, smelly bed, moldy fridge, and a few other complaints. its not just the room that is this way, if you walk around the property, you will see broken walls and roads, garbage randomly laying around, paint chipping off their buildings, the entry hall to the rooms and elevators smelled bad and were not maintained at all, the golf carts they drive guests on a rusting away. I want to connect to the owner of the group in Europe to file a complaint, how is this allowed by the owners of the Hyatt group.
