Swimming pool Private beach is great!

Great luxury hotel with a super beach location. The Cocktail evenings were excellent and the sports, Spa and Gym facilities were of a very high standard.The sea in Da Nang can be quite rough as it was during our stay. On one afternoon we and some other guests saw that one person was quite far from the beach and could be in difficulty. The hotel employees in the beach booth seemed to be distracted with cleaning up, renting equipment or doing other things. We and some other guests told them twice to send a life guard out to check if the person was safe. Unfortunately it took quite some time and asking for a person to get the rescue kayak and swim out to the sea. There needs to be a lifeguard on the beach who only looks out for the guests safety and has no other responsibilities. It was quite disturburbing for us a some other guests to have to ask the hotel staff to take it seriously and send a life guard out to check the situation. Luckily the person was a strong swimmer and got back to the beach on their own. If he had been in difficulty it could have ended on a not so positive note. Great hotel but this situation cast a shadow on our stay 2 weeks ago.

Top hotel at the great beach. Pools are wonderful and the whole hotel area is really beautiful.Prices for accommodation and food are high

.The hotel could consider providing covered walkways between main lobby and room. It rained and umbrellas were needed to walk from reception to room.

club lounge was really good to enjoy drink and snacks.Major swimming pools are for small kids. Hotel need to provide more entertainment option to the guests. Because for the hot weather, only few people are using the private beach.
