Okay.Loved the pool areas. Room disappointing for the price. Staff lovely friendly.

We were very disappointed with our room. It was small and the decor was out dated. We also had to go through the basement or the main lobby to access the pools. The pool areas were fantastic and we always found a day lounge in a shady spot. The snacks available at the pool were very limited. For example we ordered a pizza and it looked and tasted like it was a frozen packet pizza. The hotel is also a long distance from local restaurants and it is usually a 20 minute taxi costing about $10 Aust dollars each way. Next time we would definately get a hotel closer to the main area of Da Nang.

Great Family Friendly Hotel by the beach in Da Nang

The territory of the hotel is very well looked after, all pools are clean, you have plenty of sunbeds, staff is always there with fresh towels. Level rooms are spacious and clean.Some staff members don't speak/understand english well enough. The tea time at Level could of have a more versatile food options. It would be better to have more western food options during the breakfast

Nice resort but it could be better

Beach front, super friendly staff, room is ok.No hot water in the tub. The landscape is a little off, garden etc. very understaff, I had to actually go to the reception to sign a paper for late checkout..

Good

Big resort, well kept, helpful, friendly staff.Too far out of town, if you prefer to stay at the hotel and don’t get out, it’s perfect but nothing around you apart from other hotels We had manicured treatment at Yhi Spa, didn’t quite get it right- a little bit disappointed on that.

Pleasant

The pool area was amazing.The window on our room was so dirty we couldn’t see the gorgeous view out of our window. There was also a work man working on our hotel door at 08:30am
