Beautiful private beach and very helpful staffs

The private beach at Melia was huge and the sand was fine and clean. At first we were disappointed that our room was facing a construction site, however, the receptionist was very helpful and she upgraded us to a villa by the pool! Another receptionist, Hieu, helped us to communicate with our grab food driver when he couldn’t find the hotel despite being quite busy at that time. Overall the staffs at Melia were really helpful and I would love to stay with them again.Dining choices were limited as the resort is not in the city Centre. But you can grab to everywhere at a very cheap price.

Excellent

Nice location, close to the beach, the staff and management very helpful.The hotel is currently being renewed what is really needed, but in one year it would be superb.

Well located hotel convenient for beach and shopping plus local sightseeing- friendly staff.

Good breakfast wide selection including Asian. Comfortable room. Overall food good. Good pool for swimming. Clean good beach. Taxi availability good. 25 minutes to airport. Pick up available. 30 mins to Hoi An and 25 into old town Da Nang. Good for 3/4 days break unless you just looking for beach holiday in which case perfect. Friendly Manager and staff. Good clean Spa.

A nice place to spend a holiday

I like the pools most. However the Resort shouldn’t allow the guests to bring the huge buoys into the pools.Melia is still expanded and under construction

Good

Delightful beach and pools, spacious room, nice breakfast spread.Check-in process slow and room wasn't ready on time, room could have been cleaner (eg. dirty rug), fixtures were falling down in the bathroom
