Situated in the tourist part of town, so handy for bars, restaurants, and transport drops. This does however mean that there is sometimes loud music, so remember your earplugs unless you like karaoke or partying. Breakfast was good although the pancakes are crispy. Staff were really nice and friendly... The girl on the reception desk when we checked in spoke really good English, could answer every question we had about Hue, onward travel, cost of tickets and trains etc... Really knowledgeable and friendly...

The location was perfect for us and the staff were so very, very kind and helpful! I feel it was good value.The bathroom was dated and unfortunately the shower head didn’t work very well. Also, it would benefit from new linen as the towels were very thin and tired.

.A little bit worn down. WC in Lobby was not really clean.

Staff was really nice... the restaurant next door was superb.
