Good location and nice staff.Lost of stairs without a lift. The toilet is quite bad and the bed too tough.

The girls at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful but that was the only positive aspect. Just BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!The pictures you see are so NOT as what the hotel looks like now. - The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator with a lovely view facing a terrace where someone of the staff sleeps on a cot at night - We had to check in late at night, the guy at the reception was young and not very professional. He could not speak any English nor understand our complaints. - We booked a so-called "superior" double room and got 2 single beds. When we tried to explain that it was not the room we had chosen, he simply told us to put the two beds together. Also, when trying to show us how the shower worked, he walked in his flippers on the wet floor and then walked out leaving a wet and filthy track all over the room that we had to clean up - There is no shower, it was basically a hose - as shown in the photos. - On the 2nd night we had no water in the room. They called a plumber and we had to stay in the room for 1,5 hrs waiting for him to fix the issue. After a few hours, it was simply not working again... - Breakfast was iffy

I loved everything thing about this hotel they were so helpful with all my requests, I'd be happy to stay again and would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
