Staff was very friendly and nice!

One of the good points of this hotel is its location. You can easily take a grab to center quickly as well as have a walk along the Huong River.The room is quite dirty. I found a food can lid with rubbish inside the table beside the bed. Also, the hot tube did not work and we had to use cold water. We also got charged an extra fee for renting a bike although we only use it for 1 day. The staff did not notify any information about the deadline for returning the bike back although they knew that we only stay 1 day. Really disappointed. The host also gave me the wrong bill by adding more than 100,000 VND.

It was in a great location and was very clean. The were all very kind and helpful and it was good value for money.The bedrooms are quite run down and old and the bathrooms aren’t great at all.

This was good value for money. Staff seemed friendly but we had very little interaction with them.The WiFi didn’t really work, there was no lift and we were on a high floor and the A/C was temperamental.
