Amazing place. The most relaxing time we had. Spa treatments and the manager is great. Hylton the hotel manager is a great guy, super good hospitality. the bungalows are terrific. Big comfortable. I recommend to eat on the side of the 3 stars hotel which has a wonderful traditional restaurant with great quality and the value for money is outstanding. Take your drinks over there...The food at the resort was very modern and not traditional. Although it was in a good quality. The service of the room cleaning during the stay isn't the best we had. The Coffee quality can definitely improve.

Everything this place is amazing.Laundry cost to much, beside this the place is perfect. and they should have more shuttle bus to hue.

The place is in the countryside of Hue in the nature and far from noise and pollution. Besides having super-friendly English-speaking staff who showed me around and answered all my questions, the design of the resort is stunning. Lush tropical vegetation and brand-new facilities integrate into a harmonious Japanese-style atmosphere. The room was extremely clean and well-designed as well. The breakfast is literally abundant with a selection of fresh ingredients. The restaurants in that resort have very reasonable prices. Likely to be the best place I've been so far in Vietnam, for a very affordable price for such a high-end service. Not to forget the free shuttle bus from the airport and the city as well!

Quiet place. It’s good if you really want to relax and get away from stress. The onsen step is good. Foot massage is perfect.The restaurant’s price is high , but the taste of food is not really good. And there is not much Vietnamese foods. The sing don’t have the button to lock, I have to put my hand in dirty water to unlock it :D
