The most relaxing trip ever!!! A lot of things are included so it makes you want to cozy up and stay in the resort. The resort included bikes so we could travel around and enjoy the nature. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The spa treatment and onsen was mind blowing.Not enough light at night in the so it is difficult to make your way around the resort. The resort is also very remote so it is quite pricey to take a cab there and back, the resort does include shuttle but only once a day.

We came to alba as part of our honeymoon. The place is beautiful and by lack of better word just perfect. But what make it such an amazing place is the service of the staff that was un exceptional. Especially Thuy and Nhang. The spa and Onsen is so clean, beautiful, And super relaxing. The best place and time in our honeymoon! Extremely recommended!!!!Nothing!

The place is extremely beautiful and romantic! Staff was very helpful and kind, and the facilities are great. We arrived during low season so the place was very quiet and calm, even got upgraded to the private Bungalow which was gorgeous. Felt like heaven!The food at the main restaurant (Madam Chau) is quite overpriced.

The onsen, and natural hot springs, the setting and the staff were wonderful.Not much.

The resort is absolutely amazing! The breakfast is perfection, the rooms are clean and makes you feel peaceful. The onsens and the massage makes you forget all your stress and just relax your whole body and senses. We asked to find a time where we could be alone in the Onsen and they booked that for us. They truly do everything to make you feel at peace. The receptionist Anh was so sweet and helped us during the entire stay! We could message her anytime we needed help or had any questions. Incredible service! The manager of the place was also incredible! So generous and caring! It really is relaxing and comfortable on a new level. Recommend the zip line and yoga as well! Also everything we ate was organic, made on the resorts own farm! Amazing! My soul and body is rested and at complete ease after staying only two days on the resort!
