Just perfect! People, manager, place, comfort, everithing!Should have thin pillows and better light in wc to shave

The staff in the restuarents and spa were fantastic. The onsen bath and treatments were fab! The yoga sessions were excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was really good and we loved the fact that you could have it in your room at any time too.The music at the bar was too loud and non -relaxing. The checkout was not smooth and tried to get us to sign for missing items in the room but they were not missing when we went back to check ourselves.

.You cannot promote a resort with “english and french speaking staff” when obviously the most people did not speak english, this lead to a lot of miscommunication and very annoying conversations. Moreover, it seems like the staff is always watching you, e.g. when you eat, they come every 2 minutes to your table for a Nonsens reason and interrupt you and your meal.

The style of the resort, the beautiful Onsen, the nice rooms and the super friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the resort.Some hotel guests let their children scream in the corridors at 6:30 in the morning., while other guests are still sleeping. And mobile phones should not be allowed in the Spa lobby, except when on silent mode.

Alba don't allow Guest go out of Resort by their bike, limited our team discovery very nice country side place there, All the activities in resort fix very clear by a details in document schedule form but need to regis before use so i feel it's not flexible and wrong way. if all the activities were fix you need ready to support guest in the time of notice.All very nice, staff and manager very warmly, nice place to get back energy,
