Staff very keen to help. Lots of classes and options going on to suit all. Very hot when we were there so swimming pool by front gate was amazing. Upgraded to a bungalow which was sumptuous. I loved the outdoor shower. Provided bikes to travel across resort. It is very pretty with flowers, Lily ponds and hot spas. Linked together by beautiful red bridges. Great place to stay after a busy time travelling.Maybe more choice of included spa treatments. Food choices could also be expanded a bit. What we had was superb though.

The front desk staff were incredible as was everything about the spa. The spa really is great, well organized and very professional staff - one of the best spa experiences we have ever had. The location was nice, a big property with lots to keep you busy and some beautiful surroundings. The zip line was awesome. We have to say that Van from the front desk really went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She made things very easy for us so we could fully relax including organizing our drivers and things to do in the city. She is truly an asset to the resort and is a reason to return to this property.The food really let the resort down. We were in fact scared to eat as the food quality was the worst we experienced in Vietnam. Some of the dishes smelt like the restaurants we avoid in the streets of the cities which in turn made the restaurant smell so we had to sit outside for each meal and sweat it out. The staff at the pool were unable to speak any English which made things difficult to order anything there. The pool water was too hot to properly cool us off.

This is an outstanding resort with impeccable service in beautiful surroundings! We were pampered throughout our stay and especially by Ngoc & Duyên who were ready to help us with everything! The spa is excellent and some of the activities such as zip lining & use of bikes were free! The accommodation is amazing with a bamboo swing in the room! The gardens are stunning and a hotel that we would definitely come back to!Everything was excellent
