Everything. The spa, the staff, helping make the room romantic to surprise my girlfriend and the hit springs at night.Nothing it was absolutely perfect.

We love the room’s layout and style. The big garden is a huge plus. The facilities are new and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsen and massage. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.The drain in the bathroom is slow. The room smelt a bit damp when we first got in.

I stayed here 2 times within 2 months. Can't help but keep coming back. The resort is huge so you really have a sense of privacy even when all rooms are fully booked. We love the onsen and spa so much. The facial massage is one of the best we have had. My mom really enjoyed the breakfast here. A good balance between the continental and Vietnamese breakfast.The staff are friendly but could have been more proactive and professional. I had to change my date twice because of covid restriction and flight cancellation. The staff were slow in changing my date. They said they would call me back but no one did and I had to call them several times during 1 week before arrival. It seems the communication among them was not effective.

The resort is far away from the city centre so we really have a chance to disconnect from city life and reconnect with the nature. The hotspring, onsen and spa are amazing. My friend said he changed his opinion about massage after this trip. He loves it now. When there was a problem with the transportation to the airport, Alba went the extra miles to arrange us a private car. We are very thankful for their flexibility!There was misinformation from the staff, twice! We had to cancel our sightseeing plan because they insisted us in arriving early to enjoy the zipline. But when we arrived, the zipline was under maintenance. And then there was misinformation about the shuttle bus schedule to go to the airport as well. However, they supported us to get a private car in the end.

I like the atmosphere here. Onsen, spa and outdoor hot stream are very great. I regret that I didn't spend more time to stay here.The staff is not professional enough. They misunderstood my spa booking. Upon checkout, I had to wait for a long time for housekeeper to check my room.
