The view was wonderful and the food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Wonderful heated swimming pool was a bonus, with a very well equipped gym.

Spacious executive room with great view from 29th floor.I ordered in breakfast (Continental breakfast) expecting to a good order in to start the day, instead of the included breakfast and it was not as expected. It seemed like a poor arrangement of different types of breads, jams, and cereals, fruits which don't really coordinate and cold bacon + egg. We ordered omelette but it turned out to be "Sunny-side up" fried eggs (in Vietnamese called ốp la)

Very good experience. I recommend it. Customer Service is great. They make sure you are happy all the time. The room is spacious and very clean, with an amazing view. Very comfortable bed.Breakfast options were a bit limited for a 5 Stars hotel. I think it's because of Covid19 and it would be more diverse in normal days.

This was THE BEST hotel experience of my life. Everything was fabulous. The breakfast was great, the room was beautiful and relaxing, the views were wonderful, the sauna was very nice, and the surrounding area was lovely. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were always friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel and if I go back to Hue I'd be happy to stay there again.The bad part was that I had to leave. Also, on the first day in the room across from mine, a family came and constantly left their door open with noisy kids. This is in no way the hotel's fault, but maybe the hotel could ask guests to keep their doors closed in a polite way?

Location good, friendly staffs and clean facilities.The restroom door is not close properly. The bath room is leaking water and the air conditioner is not cool enough at night.
