Exceptional
Excellent staff super friendly and helpful. Very clean and great prices for executive suite. The breakfast buffet was immaculate and super delicious. Nice indoor pool great for kids to swim and play. I was very impressed with this hotel and would definitely only stay here when I return to Hue.Nothing.

Feels like home
I was sick on my 2nd night while staying at the hotel but they took good care of me. They sent the nurse to check on me and she was great. She gave me medicine and really spent time to make sure I'll be feeling better. Even though I wasn't able to have a tour in Hue anymore, I was happy that I stayed at Vinpearl Hotel Hue because it made me feel like I was in good hands. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were also good. The swimming pool has warm water which was great because you can still enjoy swimming despite the cold weather outside. Pool Nurse Staff Facilities Sky Bar.

Exceptional
Great views from the highest building in town. Comfortable and modern design. Very good breakfast. We had a very enjoyable stay.Breakfast is available from 6 to 9:30 am, which is rather early. A longer open frame until 10 or 10:30 would have been appreciated as during vacation we like to take a more relaxed approach to our time.
