the place offered 5 star accommodation and facilities with very helpful and friendly staff.PowerPoint for the hairdryer in the bathroom would be helpful. Using the hairdryer in the living room, the cord was too short to reach the PowerPoint, which was on the floor, and to style the hair. As in most hotels around the world, the light above the bathroom mirror is insufficient to apply makeup. This is minor, however for a women it can be important. Lighting above hotel bathroom mirrors seem to be deigned by men :-)

Best hotel in Hue city.

It is the tallest building in Hue, so the view was spectacular. The facilities are beautiful, and the staff "bent over backwards" to accommodate us. The breakfast was fantastic.That we could not stay longer.

Our stay was amazing at Vinpearl! Our room was always made at an exceptional standard. The gym and pool facilities were great to use in the early morning before heading out for a day. We celebrated our anniversary and were very pleased with the sweet gesture of a cake to celebrate and rose petals scattered on our bed. A special call out to staff member Hung Chau, he was very friendly and always made effort to have a chat with us. We will definitely return to Vinpearl when we make a trip back to Hue. Thank you!The hotel steak restaurant was a disappointment. Service was very slow and we had to cancel a dish as it took over an hour for it to arrive when all of our guests had already finished their meals. A few times when the wrong dish was brought out and condiments were incorrect as well.

Clean, modern, great views, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff very polite and helpful. Sometimes their English could have been improved but this is Vietnam!The TV sound was poor but that's about the only thing.
