.Being a 5star it needed to have more good service - the room service where not that great at all , no prompt actions were being taken for any request . If you request for any thing , the staff try making you frustrated to repeat what you asked again and again to confirm them back ( eg : can I have a beer - Heineken , sir pls confirm you need a beer - Heineken - twice ). By 11pm in the night - the car parking exit doors were locked and no security to open them up . Had to go back to reception from parking lot requesting them to open the doors for me to take out the car from parking at 11 pm .
