Staff really nice. Good WiFi and breakfast. The room was really big and comfortable.

Ms. Bong and the family are exceptional in their treatment of guests. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a nice fruit plate included. Great value here. It’s quiet at night as it’s location is just outside the main tourist area but very easy walking distance. My husband forgot his shoes in the lobby. We called the hotel and they were able to send them by bus to us in our next destination. We rented bicycles for two days and the price was good. There is room for motorcycle parking and we met many travellers that were headed north and south by motorcycle. Great place to meet other travellers. All good here.No complaints. When we come next year we will stay here again.

The building is really nice, they can add a coffee shop there or a rooftop bar. Laundry service 10/10 and very cheap. The hostess was really nice and she have all the tips that you need, food, bus tickets, maps with attractions, tours, etc. We did not took any tours, but you have the option. You like fruits?, they give you fruit for welcoming you, breakfast and she algo gave us when we were waiting for a pickup. Rental scooter, ok bikes. They have some old chilean wines around too.The bathroom was a little smelly, but is an old classic building.
