Staff was really nice and caring. Breakfast was good.Bed was wayyy too small for 2 people (we booked double room). it’s very easy to fall unless you’re sleeping alone in bed. AC is weak. Fan doesnt work.

Nice place to stay during my time at Hue. Human is the most impressive aspect. The staff is cute and helpful. I had a chance to drink and talk with the owner (mr. Tâm) about his business. He is so kind and friendly, willing to help me. Definitely choose this place to stay in the next time I visit Hue.

The girl who attended us was extremely nice, very diligent, professional and with fluent English. The laundry service was great, we also rent a motorbike and bought bus tickets at very good price. If you solve the insects issue and improve the breakfast this would be a 5 stars place.Unfortunately we had cockroaches in our bedroom. We had to fumigate twice the room but wasn't enough. The breakfast need serious improves, it was very poor and low quality.

The staff (owners) were extremely friendly and very helpful with everything! They gave great tips for restaurants, helped with renting a motorbike, gave directions and tips for good attractions and sorted transport to our next destination. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying here- Bong was so lovely and helpful with suggestions on where to go in Hue, she even catered to our vegan dietary requirements with the breakfast. Thank you so much.No problems!
