Very friendly and helpful staff! Free refill water. The hotel is super clean and nice.

- Even before we arrived staff privately messaged us with advice on how to get to villa and where to go for dinner! - It was raining when we arrived and someone met us at our taxi with an umbrella and helped with our bags! We arrived fairly late and we still got water and snacks on arrival! Felt so VIP! - Room was so spacious with air con and TV with english channels. - Great breakfast and free water refills. Even after we had checked out, we were given free water and fruit whilst we were waiting for our transfer! - Reception helped us book our transfer and gave us lots of info to make best decision. - Bike and scooter rental from Villa.- Bathroom was basic but really not an issue as realistically how long do you spend in the shower a day, not much! - A little far out from town, however great for quiet nights sleep and not an issue if rented scooter from the villa!

The staff is very helpful,speaking English. It’s very close to the center of town.

Friendly owners, good breakfast with different choice (eggs, omelet, pancake, bread, drinks), aircon works well, there is also a fan in the room, mirror and fridge, kettle available. Wifi is good too. Located quietly on the other side of the river and 10 min walk to the walking street areas.There was no window in our room
