nothing.the staff not friendly and don’t hear guest. the light in swimming pool was broken drop into the pool. very dangerous! too crowded and miss order in breakfast area

An absolutely amazing hotel, first class facilities, great location and very friendly staff.

Excellent room size, great views, and good location. Great value. They arranged airport pickup, and also transfer to Hoi An in a very comfortable car, with a very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient driver. A great service we highly recommend!A distracted check-in process. Wooden decor of room

The rooms were spacious with stylish asian furniture and an excellent view. Breakfast is good and it is close to restaurants, bars and sights.The staff was not well enough informed of time schedules for the train and it was easier to organize trips without the help of the staff

We arrived quite late and had only just booked through booking.com a few minutes before arriving at the hotel! However as soon as we got to the desk they upgraded us for free and we had one of the best suites in the house - so I think this was a pretty big upgrade! Very nice of them as they didn’t have to! Really friendly and helpful staff :) nice facilities and clean rooms. The best thing was how comfy the bed was! Literally sank into the bed it was incredible!The food was just ok. However we ordered room service quite late so it could have been that. It wasn’t bad or anything but wasn’t what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. They did have another restaurant on site though which we didn’t try so that could have been better who knows
