Convenient to visit Imperial City but no more than 2 nights
This hotel seems to be stuck in a time warp of former grandeur and needs some new management to overall it and make it meet it's name. It is OK for a couple of nights - big room and bathroom and good selection for breakfast meeting but rooftop bar was empty of customers and really looked very tired and out dated as were the rooms. Service OK but nothing special.Outdated,

Nice panorama view. A church in the rooftop. Room is clean. Supportive receptionist and bell boy.No compliments. Poor bar. Ugly pool. Staff in bar doesn't know how to serve wine. Easy to get lost in the hotel. No room number in the card. Very noisy airconditioner. Breakfast doesn't have many choice & poor. Generally, this hotel is not deserve 5 star. It is 3 star facilities and 2 star service. Very basic and standard, no suprising to customer.
