We’ve had large and quiet rooms. The bedroom and the bathroom are very clean. The staff have been extra helpful for our last minute requests, always smilingly.

The staff, especially stephen were brilliant. The mattress was very comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly. The location is good, it is a 2 minute walk to big c for groceries if you need any, and a 15-20 minute walk to the river front. We didnt feel unsafe at any point in the area.We had ants in the room which then went into our bags, however the hotel is aware that ants are a problem in the area and are trying to fix it. It would also be good to have a greater selection of western breakfast options. We also had a balcony, however no furniture was provided for it.

Baly hotel- I remember this name as the best hotel in Hue city. The price is excellent. I have stayed with my friend for a week and honestly I was so happy when we found this place. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room is super clean with comfortable bed. Especially, the receptionists are very helpful, they know everything about the city: food, entertaining areas,.... Everything about the hotel is pefect: manager, receptionists, bellman... It is really like they thought everything to please your stay. So do not miss this lovely team when you come to Hue city.

Staffs are very helpfull, good Location, shops and restos just arounf the corner, Tour & Transportation can be arranged ieasy from the Hotel. Buffet Breakfast is Good with few selection options, with some Vietnamese Delicasies/Sweets.(Subjective)..2 things that maybe can be improved for the Breakfast....I found the Sausages and Fried Rice are too dry...or probably is just the Vietnamse style of Fried Rice & Sausages?
