- very nice and helpful staff - no problem with late check in (1am) - good breakfast - comfortable room, lot of space.- the furniture and the facilities of the room showed signs of being in place for some time (e.g.glass stain on a table), but the room was very clean and it wasn't a problem - there weren't many plugs by the bed for charging a phone (unless you unplug the bed light)

Great location and really friendly staff.Very noisy first thing in the morning - backs on to residential area. 'City View' is realistically a view of temporary dwellings.

Friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The sixth floor breakfast has great views of the city.I would love bacon for breakfast however it is more traditional Vietnamese and plenty of chopped fruit.

Its family own and managed by husband and wife team. Front reception, room, to bell services are very efficient. They were very hospitable and went all out to be helpful and ensure our stay was comfortable. Beside their mother tongue, they are fluent in English., making communication never a issue.Every member of our family absolutely enjoyed our 2 nights/3 days (we extended 1 night stay from original booking) stay. Too centralised in the city, next to cross road traffic junction.
