Location is good. in the downtown.1. Smell in the room. 2. Bathroom environment must be renovated and improved.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They've organized an early check-in for us and also found another room very quickly once we've encountered problems with the one we got. They also gave us different recommendations on the places to visit.The room was in very poor condition. The furniture was very old and was falling apart, the view from the room was facing a dump of some sort. We've got some fruits as welcome package. When we got back to the room after a walk in the city, it was full of ants. They were everywhere: on the bed, on the floor. So we've asked our room to be changed. The stuff was not surprised when we told them about ants and very quickly moved us to another room. The second room was in pretty much the same condition; just the view was a bit better since it was higher up. The bathroom in this room was not functioning properly (the drain in the bathtub was clogged and when we've tried to fix it, it flooded the floor). The bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor. All in all, I believe that for the same money ( or even less) I could have found much better room in Hue that the one I've got in this hotel.

.Baly hotel was ok for one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and we had an early check-in which was nice. They upgraded us to a deluxe room, but unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. The room was not fully clean, the doors and windows - both for the room and for the balcony - had some serious trouble closing. Especially the door for the room was a problem. Every time we went out and got back to the hotel, we couldn't open the door and staff even had problems opening the door. The breakfast however was good and had various options. Location wise it's a little further from city center so be aware that it's at least a 30 min walk to the citadel.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with great follow through. The breakfast was more than worth the stay. The hotel was spacious and has an elevator. We also booked a private car with them who had a great and safe driver. Would have booked another day but they were sold out!Maybe the tub shower.

The service was good... They always asking us are everything ok everytime we standing at the enter hall... I like that.
