Very Good
Great hotel, amazing staff. They were super helpful and came up with creative solutions without hesitation. The bed was like a dream and the room was great. Hotel is walking distance to some great spots :).It was unfortunate that the pool wasn't warm. There was an extra charge for the sauna and hot tub (which also wasn't hot), even though we were one of the only guests. Due to the pandemic, they couldn't serve breakfast (there was a 2 options breakfast), maybe something for booking.com to mention during the booking process - not the hotels fault.
