Gorgeous , spotless hotel with the most amazing staff . We arrived long before our room was ready , but were welcomed in , kept our bags and greeted with a tea. When we were able to check in , they had upgraded us to the most spectacular room. The included buffet breakfast is like nothing I had ever seen . Tran Cong Cuong , the guest relation manager ensured we were well looked after and even when we caught our shuttle the next day, he sent us off with a bag of water and snacks . We were treated like royalty. Location was great too and we were able to walk to attractions. No question, highly recommended.Nothing . It was beyond perfect

My wife and I spent 1 night at Thanh Lich Royal hotel. Our room was spacious and clean with a big bed. Besides, the view from the room was spectacular. The staff was qualified and spoke really good English. Especially Ms. Chi, she introduced us to many great places to go in Hue and gave us a lot of advice on city tours. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such a good hotel on Hue. The location is good, next to many restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely helpful. They always did their best to make us feel comfortable. The room was great with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was tasty and lots of choices, both western and Vietnamese food. We will come back here again in the future.

Size of room, good breakfast choices although as vegetarians we were limited, staff was excellent.Shower was terrible, it was a large rain on shower head which was either too hot or too cold and the shower enclosure was so small for the head we could not escape from the extreme temperatures do we decided to use the shower over the bath which worked better the seal on the bath was broken so the bathroom was flooding after each shower. This is critical as we value a good bathroom so we were very disappointed

We stayed for 1 night here. Good location, nice hotel with great service. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank Mr. Khanh for everything he did for us. He assisted all the time we stayed here and every time we need. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so yummy and had many options. We will be back.
