We had an amazing room with palatial coffee table and a bathroom each!Portion size small for mains in restraunt

We had an amazing stay at this hotel last week! Personnel was very attentive, doing everything to get you the best experience possible. We arrived very early in the morning and decided to have breakfast at the hotel, which was located on the 12th floor. Very nice view and the food was good. Within 30 minutes the hospitality manager came to our table and he helped us book a table at a very nice restaurant for that evening, arranged an easy rider tour for us to Hoi An (for only $45 per person!) and explained us the highlights of Hue and what we needed to visit. Truly excellent service! The room was great as well, good shower and there is a pool at the 6th floor where we could cool off after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and revisit :).Very minor thing, we wanted to do some laundry but the prices were very high. So In case you need to do laundry it's better to do it outside of the hotel.

Everything. This hotel has a super rooms for the reasonable price. Shower strong and hot. Breakfast spread just unbelievable,pool area clean with plenty of towels and shower cabins. Staff is very helpful and polite. One of the best hotels in Vietnam we stayed comparing price and quality.Nothing. Good distance (20 minutes) to walk to Imperial city .

Hotel was very well appointed, in a great location for all trips, restaurant, night market etc. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, good breakfast and excellent value for money. The staff were all very kind and helpful and I would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was nice. The room was very big and had a window facing the street, which was nice because there was a lot of light. Hue is bigger than we expected so I suggest renting a scooter to visit all the places. They can easily arrange this in the lobby. The staff was extremely nice and super helpful. From the fruit juice at our arrival to arranging a motorcycle rent to travel to Da Nang. Breakfast was really good and they have a rooftop where you can enjoy a drink. The pool looked nice but it was super crowded with a lot of kids playing so we didn't use it.
