I read many reviews on Bookings so my expectation is high. And they did delivered. Room is beautiful with a classic taste. Facilities are new. Bed is comfortable with 4 soft pillows 😍 Staffs know what they are doing, clear explanation about my questions (their price here is excluded tax 8% and service charge 5%). I especially appreciate the positive service of Xuan. Big pool with a sea view bar. I paid only 13$ for this room so it’s super good deal.sound from the corridor can affect sometimes

The staff have been very lovely and always happy to help or answer and questions. we loved the pool and the view from our room, the shower was great too. We will miss Menora Grand and Da Nang!nothing

Check in fast. Receptionist is great.My family booked 3 rooms. One of them got stuck with toilet & bathroom. We requested to fix, after finish they left the bathroom wet and did not clean. Do not have minibar, when I asked for more water, they brought me as the same free bottle water everyday and charged me the price of minibar. It's fair for my request, but it was inconvenience. My payment was higher than the final price I booked on Booking.com. The staff told me because of tax 8% and fees 5%. If you are the next customers, check the fees or make sure you did not misunderstanding. It is a bit hard to find the way to the beach. And take you around 10 minutes to the beach.
